The section on the constitution asked two questions:
- Should the government legislate against “hate speech”?
- Should the electoral college remain in place?
This question asked whether the government should legislate against hate speech. This is usually a platform that is advocated by those who lean liberal. Those who stated that they vote Republican generally agreed, with 85.7% choosing "No", while 61.8% of those who stated that they vote Democrat chose "Yes".

The last question pertains to whether the electoral college should remain in existence. In general, those who lean conservative support the electoral college more than those that don't. The results for this question came in almost exactly along party lines, with 91.2% of those who stated that they vote Democrat choosing "No", and 85.7% of those who stated that they vote Republican choosing "Yes".
